Traced where requests were stalling in the intake process, then designed an automated Jira workflow that triages incoming requests as they arrive and routes them with the information the team needs to size them.
Initial scoping time dropped from 72 hours to 5 minutes, turning intake from a queue the team worked through into something that handled itself.
